Megan Fox, born Megan Denise Fox, was born on May 16, 1986 in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Before becoming an actress, she won several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention. Megan was only 13 at that time.

At age 16, Megan decided to move to Los Angeles, after appearing in the Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen movie, “Holiday in the Sun”. Living in Los Angeles definitely helped her career, since she started appearing on TV shows such as “What I Like About You” and “Two and a Half Men”. Megan then starred in the 2004 film “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” with Lindsay Lohan. That same year she became a regular on the TV show with “Hope & Faith”, playing Faith Ford’s daughter and Kelly Ripa’s niece.

Megan’s big break came in 2007, when she was cast in the live action movie of the hit animation “Transformers”. She played the role of Mikaela Banes, the love interest of Shia LeBeouf’s character. Even from the start the movie was predicted to be a hit because of its established fan base and the big names involved in making the movie. And it did become a worldwide hit, earning $708.2 million. This propelled Megan Fox’s popularity even more.

She did two movies after the success of “Transformers”, opting to do a comedy film, “How to Lose Friends & Alienate People,” and a drama film, “Whore”. She will be seen next in the Transformers sequel, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” and the dark comedy “Jennifer’s Body” in 2009.

Megan Fox has been steadily getting male fans because of her bad girl appeal. She has nine tattoos, including a bull’s eye on her lower back and a poem on her ribcage. She has also been quoted in GQ magazine, saying that she once fell in love with a female stripper. Megan is especially popular for appearing on men’s magazines, such as FHM, Maxim, and GQ. In fact, in 2008 she was voted as FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the World.
